生物波充氧同型全血输注对大面积烧伤血流变影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察生物波辐射充氧同型全血输注对大面积烧伤大鼠血流变学的影响。方法以大面积烧伤大鼠为研究对象,取40只健康SD大鼠(6月龄,雌性250 g),分为对照组和实验组,每组各20只。对照组及实验组给予大面积烧伤常规治疗。对照组不再实施其他干预,实验组应用生物波辐射充氧同型全血输注。结果对照组大鼠情况均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物波辐射充氧同型全血输注对于大面积烧伤大鼠具有改善血流变学的作用,在大面积烧伤早期具有一定临床意义。 Objective To observe the effect of biological radiation and oxygenated whole blood infusion on hemorrheology in rats with large area burn. Methods A total of 40 healthy SD rats(6 month old, female 250 g) were divided into two groups, control group and experimental group, with 20 rats in each group. The control group and the experimental group were given conventional treatment for extensive burns. The control group was no longer implemented other interventions. The experimental group was treated with biological wave radiation and oxygenated whole blood transfusion. Results The control group rats were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Biological wave radiated oxygenated whole blood transfusion can improve blood rheology in large area burned rats, and it is of certain clinical significance in the early stage of large area burn.
