某露天铜矿爆破开采综合降耗试验 被引量:1

摘要 为解决某露天铜矿炸药单耗偏高、爆破效果不佳、生产成本居高不下等问题,引进现场混装乳化炸药技术,从爆破参数、装药结构、起爆网路等方面进行试验及分析,并根据矿山实际情况提出安全技术措施。结果表明,炸药单耗可保持在0.65 kg/m3左右,爆破质量较为理想,按照每月30万m3开采量估算,每月可节约费用253.6万元,经济效益明显。从多角度分析爆破开采综合降耗,不断调整爆破方案并试验,才能取得较好的爆破效果。 The problems such as high unit explosive consumption, poor blasting effect, high comprehensive cost and so on are existed in the blasting process production of an open-pit copper mine. Through the introduction of on-site mixed loading emulation explosive technology, some related study and analyzed are conducted from the aspects of blasting parameters, charging structure and priming network, and some related safety technical measures are proposed based on the actual situation of the mine. The results show that, the unit explosive consumption can be maintained at about 0.65 kg/m 3,which show that the explosive effects is ideal, according to about 2.536 million yuan can be saved in every month based on the 3.0×10 5 m 3 mining quantity per month, which show that the economic efficiency is significant. Besides that, the ideal blasting effects can be acquired by adjusting blasting scheme and conducting tests from the difference aspects to analyzed the compressive reduced consumption measures.
