摘要
针对高强锦纶难以染深色的问题,试验采用酸性染料和分散染料混合上染高强锦纶。混合染料染色的优化工艺为:弱酸性黑BR 5%(omf),安诺可隆分散黑PUD 5%(omf),pH值5~6,染色温度130℃,染色时间60 min。混合染色织物的K/S值优于酸性染料或分散染料单独染色的,且各项牢度优良。
To solve the deep shade dyeing problem of high-strength nylon, acid dyes and disperse dyes are used. The optimal dyeing process of mixed dyes is: Weak Acid Black BR 5%(omf), Disperse Black PUD 5%(omf), pH=SN6, dyeing at 130 ℃ for 60 rain. The results show that the K/S value of fabric dyed with mixed dyes is significantly higher than that with acid dyes or disperse dyes alone, and the color fastnesses are good.
