摘要
采用聚醚/聚酯混合二元醇、4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、三羟基甲基丙烷(TMP)及二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)制备高光泽牛仔印花黏合剂,讨论了聚醚与聚酯物质的量之比、R值、TMP及DMPA用量对黏合剂性能的影响。结果表明,当n(PTMEG-2000)∶n(PEA-1000)=2∶1,DMPA扩链剂质量分数为9%,TMP质量分数为1.5%,R值为1.5时,黏合剂胶膜光泽度可达到90.2 Gs,吸水率为18.5%;印花成品手感良好,耐酵素石洗牢度达到5级。
High-gloss printing binder for denim is prepared by using polyether/polyester mixed glycol, methylene-bis(4-cyclohexylisocyanate), trihydroxymethyl propane (TMP) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA). The effects of the molar ratio of polyether to polyester, R value, TMP and DMPA concentra- tions on properties of binder are discussed. The results show that the printing product has excellent hand feeling, which is obained with following conditions: n(PTMEG-2000): n(PEA-1000)=2: 1, chain ex- tender DMPA 9%, TMP 1.5% and R value 1.5. The gloss of the adhesive film can reach 90.2 Gs, the wa- ter absorption rate is 18.5%, and the fastness to enzyme and stone washing reaches Grade 5.
