摘要
沥青混合料在不同温度条件下会有不一样的性能,规范采用-10℃评价沥青混合料的低温性能,而我国北方寒冷地区冬季温度要低于-10℃,这就存在两个问题:一是沥青混合料在低于-10℃下的劈裂抗拉性能会如何变化,二是连续与间断摊铺沥青混合料在不同温度下的劈裂强度又有什么样的关系。基于此,为了对比分析连续与间断摊铺沥青混合料在不同温度下的劈裂强度大小关系,通过室内模拟连续摊铺与间断摊铺施工工艺,制作了上层AC-13/下层AC-16和上层AC-16/下层AC-20两种不同级配组合下的双层马歇尔试件,经过20,10,0,-10,-20℃5种不同温度处理后,采用1 mm/min和50 mm/min两种不同加载速率,研究了连续与间断摊铺沥青混合料劈裂强度的变化规律。研究结果表明:不同温度条件下,连续摊铺沥青混合料劈裂强度要比间断摊铺沥青混合料劈裂强度大;连续与间断摊铺沥青混合料劈裂强度都随温度的降低而升高;从不同温度下的劈裂抗拉强度来看,上层AC-13/下层AC-16组合比上层AC-16/下层AC-20组合好;相同条件下,加载速率越快,测得的劈裂强度越高,加载速率越慢,测得的劈裂强度越低。
Asphalt mixture has different properties at different temperatures. The low temperature performance of asphalt mixture is evaluated at-10 ℃ according to the specification,but the temperature in northern China in winter is lower than-10 ℃,so there are 2 problems,one is how the splitting tensile property of the asphalt mixture will change below-10 ℃,the other is the relationship between the splitting strength of continuous/discontinuous paving asphalt mixture and temperature. Based on this, in order to comparatively analyze the relationship between the splitting strength of continuous/discontinuous paving asphalt mixture and different temperature,through indoor simulation of continuous paving and discontinuous paving construction technology,the double-layer Marshall specimens with 2 gradation combinations of upper layer AC-13 lower layer AC-16 and upper layer AC-16 lower layer AC-20 are made. After the treatments at 20,10,0,-10,-20 ℃ respectively,by using different loading rates of 1 mm/min and50 mm/min,the change rules of splitting strength of continuous and discontinuous paving asphalt mixtures are studied. The result of the study shows that( 1) under different temperature conditions, the splittingstrength of continuous paving asphalt mixture is higher than that of discontinuous paving asphalt mixture;( 2)the splitting strengths of continuous and discontinuous paving asphalt mixtures increase with the decrease of temperature;( 3) in view of the splitting tensile strengths at different temperatures,the upper layer AC-13 and lower layer AC-16 combination is better than the upper layer AC-16 and lower layer AC-20 combination;( 4) under the same conditions,the faster the loading rate,the higher the measured splitting strength,while the slower the loading rate,the smaller the measured splitting strength.
