差速双螺杆非充满输送粘弹流体的可视化 被引量:4

摘要 给出了一种新型同向非对称双螺杆结构,2根螺杆的转速比为2∶1。为探索其物料流动以及混合特性,研制了全程可视化新型实验样机。采用一种常温粘弹性流体羧甲基纤维素钠着色后,观察流体在可视化设备中流动以及混合过程。采用4台摄像机采集挤出过程图片,提取图像关键尺寸后计算得到填充度,建立法向分布尺寸和填充度的关系模型。采用电导率法测定物料在各工况下的停留时间,考察了螺杆转速对物料轴向混合的影响。首次捕捉到新型双螺杆在非充满情况下的流动图像,发现上下啮合区及远离啮合区的非对称现象存在及单头螺槽内料陇的拉伸作用。 A novel type of co-rotating non-twin screw extruder was presented in this paper.The speed ratio of the left screw element to the right one was two.In order to investigate the flow pattern and mixing mechanism in the flow channels,a novel visualization device was developed,which has the global transparent barrel.A kind of colored sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,which representes viscoelastic fluid,was used to examine the flow and mixing patterns.Four cameras were used to capture the instantaneous images during whole processing,and then the critical sizes of these images were obtained.A relational model of the axial length of fluid and the filling degree was established.The conductance method was adopted to measure the residence time distributions for different operation conditions,and the influence of the screw speeds on the material axial mixing was investigated.It is the first time that the flow picture of partially filled fluid in the non-twin screw elements is captured.The asymmetry phenomenon is found in the intermeshing region and the region far away from it.It is also found that the material dam is experienced elongation action in the single-tip screw channel.
