摘要
[目的]观察益气化痰汤联合西药治疗糖尿病周围血管病变(痰瘀气虚)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将140例门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分为两组。对照组70例阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d;阿托伐他汀,10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组70例益气化痰汤(~浙贝母20g,胆星、桃仁、田七各10g,丹参、半夏~法各20g,橘红5g,茯苓20g,五爪龙、北芪各30g,竹茹、枳实各10g),水煎300mL,1剂/d,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、肱踝指数、不良反应。治疗1疗程(2个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效42例,有效16例,无效12例,总有效率97.33%;对照组显效32例,有效16例,无效22例,总有效率86.05%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肱踝指数两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]益气化痰汤联合西药治疗糖尿病周围血管病变(痰瘀气虚),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huatan decoction combined with western medicine on diabetic peripheral vascular disease （Tanyu Qixu）. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 140 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number. The control group included 70 cases of aspirin, 100 mg/times, 1 times/d, atorvastatin, 10 mg/times, 1/d. In the treatment group, 70 cases of Yiqi Huatan decoction （Zhebeimu 20g, Dannanxing,Taoren, Sanqi each 10g, Danshen, Fabanxia each 20g, Juhong 5g, Fuling 20g, Wuzhaolong, Huangqi each 30, Zhuru, Zhishi each 10g）, water fried 300mL, 1 doses of/d, 3/d, western medicine was treated the same control group. Continuous treatment for 2 months was the 1 course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, brachial ankle index and adverse reactions were observed. The 1 course of treatment （2 months） was treated and the curative effect was determined. [Results] 42 cases were found in the treatment group, 16 cases were effective, 12 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 97.33%, the control group was 32 cases, 16 cases were effective, 22 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 86.05%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0.05）. The ankle brachial index was improved in the two groups （P〈0.01）, and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Yiqi Huatan decoction combined with western medicine is effective in treating diabetic peripheral vascular disease （Tanyu Qixu）.
