摘要
为观察混合痔手术麻醉中应用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼的效果,将90例混合痔手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组采用罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼麻醉,对照组采用罗哌卡因麻醉。比较2组混合痔手术麻醉效果,麻醉前后患者生命体征,皮肤瘙痒、头晕等并发症发生率,阻滞区域疼痛评分、手术区域疼痛评分、术后最高疼痛评分。结果显示,观察组混合痔手术麻醉效果高于对照组(P<0.05);麻醉前2组患者生命体征相近(P>0.05),麻醉后观察组生命体征优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组皮肤瘙痒、头晕等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阻滞区域疼痛评分、手术区域疼痛评分、术后最高疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在混合痔手术中麻醉效果确切,术中生命体征稳定,可明显减轻疼痛,降低不良反应的发生率。
To observe the anesthesia efficacy of ropivacaine compounded with sufentanil used in mixed hemorrhoids surgery, randomly divided 90 cases of mixed hemorrhoids into observation group（ n = 45, ropivacaine-sufentanil compound anesthesia）,and control group（ n =45,alone ropivacaine）,then both groups＇ anesthesia efficacy, patients＂ vital signs before and after anesthesia, and the complications incidence of itchy skin and dizziness, ete as well as the score on pain at block area, on pain at operative area, and on postoperative severe pain were compared.As results,except for pre-anesthesia vital signs being similar between the two groups（ P 〈0.05）,in the former post-anesthesia ones being superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）,abovementioned rest indexes of the former were respectively higher,and lower,as well as all lower than that of the latter （ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above compound anesthesia used in mixed hemorrhoids has certain efficacy and patients＇ intraoperative stable vital signs, can significantly reduce pain, decrease incidence of untoward reaction.
