摘要
在传统LiNbO3马赫-曾德尔调制器(MZM)偏置控制理论的基础上,提出了一种基于低频信号扰动与模拟电路处理技术的反馈控制方法。通过该方法设计的偏置控制电路模块可以在-55^+80℃温度范围内实现LiNbO3MZM调制器正交偏置点锁定,并且具有偏置控制电路体积小、控制精度高等特点。该偏置控制电路模块已经批量应用于某高速光通信传输系统中。
Based on the traditional Mach-Zehnder modulator bias control theory,a method of feedback control based on low frequency signal disturbance and analog circuit processing technology is presented.The bias control circuit module designed by this method can realize the LiNbO3 MZM quadrature bias point locking in the temperature range of-55~+80℃,moreover it has the characteristics of small volume and high control presicion.The module has been used in one high-speed optical communication transmission system.
