摘要
采用离子交换法制备了镍掺杂硅钨酸催化剂,并将其应用于油酸与甲醇的酯化反应中制备生物柴油,考察了各因素对酯化反应的影响。实验表明,在油酸与甲醇摩尔比为1∶10,催化剂用量为3wt%,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为3 h时,油酸转化率达到86.3%。此外,硅钨酸镍经过5次使用后仍可保持较高的催化活性。
Nickel doped silicotungstic acid catalyst was prepared by ion-exchange method, and the catalytic performance of prepared catalysts was evaluated by the esterification reaction of oleic acid and methanol. The effect of various parameters on the esterification reaction was investigated by single factor experiment. The esterification conversion of 86.3% was achieved under the condition of 70 oC, 3 h, molar ratio of oleic acid to methanol 1:10 and 3 wt% catalyst, and the catalyst still exhibited excellent catalytic stability after it was used five times.
