摘要
CFRP碳纤维增强复合材料在现代航空工业中的应用日益广泛,高精度、高效率地实现CFRP板材制孔,对航空制造和飞机装配有着重要意义,而孔加工过程中的钻孔轴向力,对于制孔的精度有重要影响。本文针对钻铰锪一体刀孔加工过程中的轴向力变化情况进行分析,并对CFRP孔加工适合的切削参数进行了试验分析。
CFRP carbon fiber reinforced composites are widely used in modern aviation industry. High precision and high efficiency to realize CFRP plate hole making is of great significance for aeronautical manufacturing and aircraft assembly process. The axial force of hole drilling has an important influence on the precision of hole making. In this paper,the change of axial force in the machining process of drill hinges facing one hole is analyzed,and the suitable cutting parameters of CFRP hole machining are analyzed.
