摘要
水西彝族传统家支习惯法是调整水西彝族社会内部家支成员间权利义务关系的行为规范。其产生与发展根源于水西彝族地区落后的农业生产、手工业生产、商品贸易等经济状况和宗法制度、则溪制度、九扯九纵制度等政治活动。一方面,水西彝族传统家支习惯法由水西彝族地区的经济基础决定且必须适应该经济基础的要求而发展变化;另一方面,水西彝族传统家支习惯法的产生和发展与该地区的政治活动紧密联系,且反映和服务于该地区的政治制度。
Guizhou Shuixi Yi Nationality＇s Traditional Customary Law of the Clan is the code of conduct for adjusting the rights and obligations of Yi＇s family members. Its origination and development are rooted in the backward economic conditions such as backward agricultural production, handicraft production, merchandise trade as well as the political activities such as the patriarchal systems, the Zexi system and the jiu che jiu zong system in Shuixi Yi Nationality areas. On the one hand, Shuixi Yi Nationality＇s Traditional Customary Law of the Clan is determined by the economic basis of the Shuixi Yi Nationality area, its developments and changes adapt to the requirements of the economic base. On the other hand, the generation and development of the Customary Law of the Clan is closely linked with the political activities in the area, reflecting and serving the political system of the area.
