摘要
提出了一种基于超级电容器的高功率直流电源,介绍了超级电容器的特点,设计了超级电容高功率电源系统,分析了系统各组成部分及它们在系统中的作用,并利用S7-300编程控制设计了系统的控制算法和程序。设计的直流电源系统最大瞬时输出功率不低于1 MW,能在700~950 VDC范围内充电储能和放电输出。
The paper presents a high-power supercapacitor-based power, it introduce the characteristics of supercapacitors. It state components of the high power system, and analyze function of various components of the system. Utilize S7-300 to design the electrical control system. And it developed algorithms and programs to meet the design and applying requirements, the DC power system maximum instantaneous output power is no less than 1 MW, it is able to charge and discharge at the range of 700~950 VDC.
