摘要
目的基于PDCA循环理论,探索实践在院药品及卫生耗材的集中采购四权分离管理工作模式,提高服务质量。方法依据PDCA理论的计划、执行、检查、处理循环程序,对医院药材集中采购四权分离模式进行全流程管理与控制。结果依托PDCA循环理论方法,医院药材采供的管理水平得到有效提升,工作缺陷率明显降低。结论应用基于PDCA循环的管理方法施行的药材集中采购四权分离模式,促进了药材采购管理的规范化和科学化。
Objective To improve the quality of the model of centralized procurement of drugs and medical consumables by separation of the four powers based on the PDCA cycle theory.Methods The model of centralized procurement of drugs and medical consumables via separation of the four powers was controlled by the PDCA cycle theory in the four phases of plan,do,check and act.Results The level of management was greatly improved in this centralized procurement model of drugs and medical consumables,and the defect rate of supplies of medicines and medical consumables was reduced effectively.Conclusion Application of PDCA theory can help standardize the centralized procurement model of drugs and medical consumables.
