2015年-2016年北京市部分公共场所水中嗜肺军团菌污染状况分析 被引量:13

Analysis of contamination status of Legionella pneumophila in some public places of Beijing from 2015 to 2016

摘要 目的了解北京市不同公共场所集中空调系统冷却(凝)水、生活热水、景观水及游泳池水中嗜肺军团菌污染情况。方法按照WS 394—2012《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》,于2015年1月-2016年12月采集北京市部分公共场所集中空调系统的冷却(凝)水、生活热水、景观水及游泳池水进行嗜肺军团菌检测,依据检测结果对嗜肺军团菌污染水平进行分析。结果不同类型公共场所集中空调冷却(凝)水中嗜肺军团菌检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.207,P<0.05),宾馆饭店中检出率最高,为33.3%,购物商场中未检出。不同水体中嗜肺军团菌检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.196,P<0.05),生活热水检出率最高,为30.6%,游泳池水中未检出。结论北京市部分公共场所集中空调系统冷却水及冷凝水均存在嗜肺军团菌污染,而其他水体嗜肺军团菌污染状况也不容忽视,特别是生活热水和景观水中有不同程度的嗜肺军团菌污染,提示有关部门引起重视。 Objective To investigate the contamination status of Legionella pneumophila( Lp) on centralized air-conditioning cooling systems( condensate) water( CACSW),living hot water,landscape water and swimming pool water in several public places of Beijing. Methods According to the WS 394-2012 Health Specification for Centralized Air-conditioning Ventilation System in Public Place,all CACSW,living hot water,landscape water and swimming pool water were collected in some public places of Beijing from January 2015 to December 2016 for the detection of Lp. And the pollution status of Lp were analyzed on the basis of the test results. Results By comparison,there was statistical significance on the difference in relevance ratio of Lp in CACSW at different public places( χ^2= 14. 207,P〈0. 05). And the hotel had the highest detection rate( 33. 3%),but there was no detection on the shopping mall. There was statistical significance on the difference in detection rate of Lp in different waters( χ^2= 11. 196,P〈0. 05). And the living hot water has the highest detection rate( 30. 6%),while it was not detected from the swimming pool water. Conclusion The several public places of CACSW in Beijing are polluted by Lp.Furthermore,the pollution status in other waters are not negligible,especially in the living hot water and fountain water. There are different degrees of Lp pollution. The relevant departments should pay more attention to it.
