家属参与及提问式健康教育在乳腺癌术后患者优质护理中的效果分析 被引量:3

Effect of "Patients' Family Participation and Quiz" Health Education in High-Quality Nursing of Postoperative Patients with Breast Cancer

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌患者家属参与及提问式健康教育在优质护理中的效果。方法:将100例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者随机分为试验组和对照组各50例,对照组采用传统健康教育方法,试验组则在此基础上强调家属参与及提问,比较两组患者手功能恢复情况、健康教育知识掌握情况及满意度。结果:试验组手功能恢复情况、知识掌握情况、满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:乳腺癌患者家属参与及提问式健康教育在优质护理中的效果满意,提高了护理质量及患者满意度。 Objective: To investigate the effect of "patients' family participation and quiz" health education in high-quality nursing of patients with breast cancer. Methods: 100 cases of patients who received modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were randomly divided into experimental group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases), the control group used conventional health education method, while experimental group emphasized the family participation and quiz on the basis of conventional education, and compared the recovery of hand's function, knowledge of health education and satisfaction of the two groups. Results: The recovery of hand's function, knowledge mastery and satisfaction of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion: "Patients' family participation and quiz" health education has a satisfactory effect in high-quality nursing of patients with breast cancer, which has improved the quality of nursing and satisfaction of patients.
