摘要
为了准确地反应油田注水系统用能情况,从系统的关键因素出发,在结合生产实际分析其工艺流程的基础上,对能耗测试标准中部分指标、公式进行了调整。提出了两种解决站出口总水量与井口总水量不匹配问题的方案。据此,对大庆地区杏北注水系统进行了能耗计算。结果表明,调整后指标可以准确反映注水系统各个环节的用能情况。基于对结果的分析,提出了相应调整改造措施,对生产实际起到重要作用。
In order to accurately respond to the energy consumption of the oilfield water injection system and based on the key factors of the system and the analysis of its technological process combined with production practice,some indexes and formulas of the energy consumption test standard were adjusted. Two solutions to solve the problem of the mismatch between the total water quantity of the station and the total water of the wellhead are put forward. According to this,the energy consumption of the apricot water injection system in Daqing area was calculated. The results show that the adjusted index can accurately reflect the energy use of each link in the water injection system. Based on the analysis of the results,the corresponding adjustment and reform measures are put forward,which play an important role in the production practice.
