摘要
本文针对常见风电机组齿轮箱结构分析了齿轮箱齿轮损坏、轴承失效、轴损坏等故障的原因,提出了齿轮箱故障检测方法及预防措施如定期检测润滑油,保证润滑油品质;分析润滑油元素趋势,判断故障发生部位等。
For common gearbox structure,this article analyzes causes of failure of gearbox damage,gear failure,bearing failure,and shaft damage.The method of fault detection for gear box and precautionary measures are put forword,such as regular analysis of the lubricating oil quality,ensurance of the lubricating oil quality,detection of metal content in lubricating oil,determination of the location of the fault,etc.
