摘要
为弥补当前高职舞蹈表演专业人才培养存在的不足,创造性地提出"一二三"人才培养模式,主要包括明确"一"个培养目标,彰显人才培养特色;打造"二"个培养场所,将校内与校外培养结合;把握"三"个培养阶段,提高人才培养质量等。实际应用表明,"一二三"人才培养模式有利于提高学生舞蹈表演实践能力和综合职业能力,促进技能型和应用型人才培养,并强化高职舞蹈表演专业人才培养的社会服务功能。
To make up for these shortcomings in the training of professional talents for higher vocational dance performantes, creatively put forward the "one two three" talent training mode, which mainly includes cleating the "one" training goal, highlighting the talent training characteristics; creating "two" The training place will combine the school and the off- campus training ; grasp the "three" training stage and improve the quality of the personnel training. The practical application shouts that the "one two three" talent training mode is conducive to improving students' performance of dance pertonnance and comprehensive protessional abilily, promoting the cultivation of skilled and applied talents, and strengthening the social service tunction of proiessional training of protessional dance performance talents.
