摘要
通过文献回顾,了解护理专业学生的老年护理意愿、明确影响因素,为提高护理专业学生的老年护理意愿,扩充老年护理的人力资源而提供参考资料。
Through the literature review to understand the nursing students ＇ willingness to care for the elderly, and to identify the influencing factors. Provide reference materials for improving the willingness of nursing students to care for the elderly and expand the human resources of aged care.
