摘要
依托于分布式数据储存模式下的区块链技术,虽然在技术层面上仍处于襁褓,但因其具有点对点、去中心化、即时清算、交易留痕等特征,引起了社会各界的高度关注。因此,区块链技术正在成为未来的行业风口。文章从银行业区块链技术应用入手,介绍了目前区块链技术在银行业的主要应用领域,梳理了在区块链技术应用下银行面临的法律风险,并提出了完善银行业法律监管制度的建议。
Although the technology of block chain based on distributed data storage mode is still in the stage of technology, but because of its characteristics of point to point, centralization, instant liquida tion and transaction mark, it has aroused great concern from all walks of life.Starting from the applica tion of Block chain technology in banking industry, this paper introduces the current main application fields of Block chain technology in banking industry, sorts out the legal risks faced by the application of Block chain technology, and puts forward some proposals and suggestions for improving banking legal supervision system.
