摘要
某油井正常生产3个月,发现产液量急剧降低,抽出油井管柱后,发现第153支管体穿孔。对穿孔油井管取样进行原因分析,通过油井管穿孔位置的宏观形貌、性能试验、金相组织分析、内壁腐蚀物相结构分析、穿孔部位成分对比等试验,找出腐蚀的主要原因是油井管发生的CO_2腐蚀。在闭塞电池反应和电偶腐蚀作用下,内壁形成了癣状腐蚀形貌和较大的腐蚀坑,最终造成油井管腐蚀穿孔。
The amount of liquid production decreased sharply, after three months of normal production in an oil well. Corrosion perforation was found in No. 153 branch pipe when oil well pipe strings were taken out. Causes of perforation were analyzed by macroscopic morphology, performance test, metallographie structure, phase structure analysis and chemical composition test. It was found that CO2 corrosion was the main causes for oil well pipe perforation. Due to occluded cell and galvanic corrosion, ringworm corrosion and large corrosion pits occurred at the inner wall, which eventually resulted in corrosion perforation.
