摘要 文章分析了航空发动机中转子、轴承和齿轮的振动机理和振动信号特征;然后,针对航空发动机的结构特征提供了传感器测点的布置方案;最后,依据各部件振动信号特征,从时域、频域、时-频域三个维度出发,提出了航空发动机的状态监测和故障诊断策略,以期为保障航空发动机的正常运行提供一定的参考。 The paper analyzes the vibration mechanism and vibration signal characteristics of the rotor, bearing and gear in the aero engine, and then provides the arrangement scheme of the sensor points for the structural features of the aero engine. Finally, according to the characteristics of the vibration signals of each component, it is proposed from three dimensions in time domain, frequency domain and time frequency domain. The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis strategy of aero-engine is provided in order to provide some reference for ensuring the normal operation of aero-engine.
