血清S-100β和hs-CRP水平与老年2型糖尿病患者认知功能的相关性研究 被引量:3

Correlations between Serum S-100β and hs-CRP Levels with Cognitive Function in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的分析血清S-100β和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者认知功能的相关性。方法选取2015年2月—2017年2月收治的96例T2DM患者纳入观察组,同时选取健康体检者60例纳入对照组。回顾性分析两组的临床资料,检测受试者血清S-100β、hs-CRP水平,应用简明精神状态量表(MMSE)评估认知功能,分析血清S-100β和hs-CRP与认知功能的相关性。结果观察组MMSE量表的各维度评分均明显低于对照组,且血清S-100β、hs-CRP水平和认知障碍发生率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与未合并认知障碍组比较,合并认知障碍组的血清S-100β和hs-CRP水平明显升高(P<0.05)。T2DM患者MMSE量表评分与血清S-100β和hs-CRP水平呈负相关性(r=-0.462和-0.381,P=0.024和0.041)。结论血清S-100β和hs-CRP水平可作为评价T2DM患者认知功能的非侵入性指标,故临床针对这些指标进行早期识别、合理干预,对改善患者生活质量有重要意义。 Objective To analyze correlations between serum S-100β and high sensitive- C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels with cognitive function in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A total of 96 T2DM patients admitted during February 2015 and February 2017 were enrolled as observation group, and other 60 healthy people taking medical examination at the same period were selected as control group. Clinical data of two groups was retrospectively analyzed. Levels of serum S-100β and hs-CRP were detected, and cognitive function was evaluated by mini-mental state examination (MMSE) scale, and then correlations between serum S-100β and hs-CRP levels with cognitive function were analyzed. Results In observation group, all scores of MMSE scale were significantly lower, while levels of S-100β, hs-CRP and incidence rate of cognitive disorder were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05). Serum S-100β and hs-CRP levels in patients with cognitive disorder were significantly higher than those in patients without cognitive disorder ( P 〈0.05). MMSE score was negatively correlated with serum S-100β and hs-CRP levels in T2DM patients ( r =-0.462 and -0.381, P =0.024 and 0.041). Conclusion Serum S-100β and hs-CRP levels can be used as noninvasive indexes to evaluate cognitive function in patients with T2DM, and therefore clinicians should identify early and reasonablily interfere according to these indicators for improving quality of life of patients.
