摘要
针对超声波测声速实验中存在的测量结果误差大的问题,基于虚拟仪器的设计原理,依托单片机设计了空气中声速测量电子装置,在该系统中温度/湿度传感器、气压传感器接收端进行信号采样,单片机依据声速和气压、温度、湿度、水的饱和蒸气压相关物理量间的关系进行数据运算后输出声速值,该装置所测得的声速值与理论声速值误差在1%以内.
Based upon the principles of designing virtual instruments,an electronic device was designed by using of a microcontroller to reduce the error in the experiments of ultrasonic sound speed measurement.This device used temperature/humidity sensor and air pressure sensor to collect data.According to the relationship between sound velocity and physical quantities such as air pressure,temperature,humidity,the saturation of water and steam pressure,the microcontroller worked out the final quantity of sound speed.The error of the measured sound speed was within 1%.
