摘要
本文主要研究了液压转向系统中流量转阀的稳态特性,设计了测试实验台,验证了该阀的理论模型,分析确定了阀的压力灵敏度,并通过测试某品牌汽车转向系统的流量转阀获得实验过程和结果,可以供厂商借鉴使用。
This paper studies the characteristics of the flow rotary valve steady state in the hydraulic steering system, designs a test - bed to verify the theoretical model and determines the pressure sensitivity of the valve by analyzing. And then, the flow valve of a brand car steering system has been tested and the testing procedure and results have been gained ,which will serve as references in the preliminary design stage to all the manufacturers.
