摘要
以平板型薄壁注塑制件打印机上盖为研究对象,应用Moldflow软件对熔体填充、冷却、流动及塑件翘曲进行模拟。预测出制品未填充满、制品最高温度过高、翘曲量过大等打印机上盖的注射缺陷,通过优化冷却水道直径、布局和浇注系统尺寸,提出优化注射方案,对优化后方案进行可行性模拟,结果显示解决了打印机上盖模具设计及成型过程中存在的缺陷,大大地缩短了模具制造周期,降低成本,提高生产效率。
This study,taking injected thin plates of the printer top cover as research object, has applied Moldflow software to stimulate the melt filling, cooling, flow and plastic warping so as to predict the potential defects of plastic parts in the injecting process. Then, based on the optimized cooling channel diameter, layout and gating system size, a scheme for injection has been worked out. Subsequently ,the scheme was stimulated for its feasibility and the result showed that with the new scheme, the problems and faults in injection and molding have been solved, manufacturing period has been shortened, cost reduced and efficiency improved.
