摘要
标本兼治不断恶化的自然生态环境,需要认知和方法的引导。整合自然科学、社会科学、人文学科各相关领域资源,创建国家环境治理学,是目前学术界的迫切任务。国家环境治理学以逆生态环境为研究对象,其基本努力是探求环境自运动方式、自生境功能以及环境破坏的自然机制和人力—社会方式,为重建环境生境提供自然律、社会律和人文律智识和治理方法。为此,国家环境治理学研究应以环境学和生态理性哲学为双重奠基,以大科际整合为认知视野,以生态化综合为方法论,以环境科学、环境社会科学和环境哲学为三维方向。
To fundamentally govern the deteriorating environmental condition, we require the cognition and the method of guidance. Therefore, it is urgent that integrating the resource of all aspects of natural science, social science and humanities to construct the study of national environmental governance. This study regards reverse ecological environment as the object of research, which the fundamental effort is to explore the way the environment moves itself, the habitat function and the natural ＆ social mechanism of destroying the environment. This study also provides the knowledge and governance method of the law of nature, society and humanity for reconstructing environmental habitat. Accordingly, the research for environmental governance should regard the environmental science and ecological rational philosophy as the double grounds, regard the technological integration as the cognitive vision, regard the ecological integration as the methodology, and regard the environmental science, environmental philosophy and social science as the triple dimensions.
