摘要
基于政策工具的视角,运用文本挖掘法对北京市众创空间扶持政策的科学性进行分析,结合众创空间政策特点运用PMC指数模型对众创空间扶持政策进行量化评价。结果发现：选取的三项政策中,P1的PMC指数为8.11,政策评价等级为优秀;P2、P3的PMC指数分别为7.23和7.12,政策评价等级为良好,且具有一定的改善空间。
From the perspective of policy tool,this paper analyzes the scientific nature of Beijing maker space supporting policy by Text Mining method. And then,it constructs PMC index model combined the character of the maker space policy to make quantitative evaluation on the maker space supporting policy. Results show that among the three policies,the PMC index of P1 is 8.11,the quantitative evaluation result of P1 is excellent. the PMC index of P2 and P3 are 7.23 and 7.12,P2 and P3 are good and have a great space for improvement.
