姜黄素及其衍生物对糖尿病及其并发症的作用及机制研究概况 被引量:3

摘要 姜黄素是姜科植物姜黄的干燥根茎中的有效成分之一。它具有抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抑制心肌重构等多种药理作用。近年来,有文章报道它对糖尿病及其导致的并发症方面有很大的疗效,未来也许能成为一种新型的治疗糖尿病的药物。论文主要介绍姜黄素及其衍生物对糖尿病及其相关并发症的作用及可能的作用机制,其中主要包括糖尿病导致的神经病变、氧化应激、心肌损伤、肾病、视网膜病变等。 Curcumin is one of the active constituents in the dried rhizome of the ginger family turmeric.It has a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,immune regulation,anti-tumor,hypolipidemic,and inhibition of myocardial remodeling.In recent years,there have been reports that it has great curative effect on diabetes and its complications,and may become a new type of drug for treating diabetes in the future.Therefore,this article mainly introduces the effects of curcumin and its derivatives on diabetes and its related complications and possible mechanisms of action,including neuropathy caused by diabetes,oxidative stress,myocardial damage,nephropathy,retinopathy and so on.
