摘要
采用有限元模拟软件对铝合金半挂车建立有限元模型、网格划分等前处理后进行水平弯曲、扭转及制动工况模拟,并根据整车与单独车架的模拟结果得到在不同工况下的主副车架横纵梁的位移变形量和应力分布位置。结果表明:车身结构满足设计要求,铝制结构的需求强度均小于对应铝合金型材的屈服强度。
The finite element simulation software is used to simulate horizontal bending,torsion and braking condition of aluminum alloy semi-trailer with establishing the finite element models and meshing after pretreatment. According to the simulation results of the vehicle and separate frame,the displacement deformation and stress distribution of the main frame transverse girder was gained at different working conditions. The simulation results show that the strength of the body skeleton of semi-trailer satisfies the design requirements. The demand strength for the aluminum structure is less than the yield strength of aluminum alloy.
