摘要
结合苏州经贸职业技术学院毕业生情况调查结果反映的问题,研究对毕业生进行跟踪调查的必要性。分别从内容、手段、指标体系和结论等方面进行概述,阐明跟踪调查毕业生对高校人才培养质量的作用,同时对跟踪调查工作机制提出合理化建议,以期全面提高毕业生就业质量。
This article makes a research of the necessity of the graduate tracking survey by means of analyzing the problems reflected in the investigation towards the graduates of Suzhou Institute of Trade ＆ Commerce. It talks about the problems from four aspects including content, methods, index systems and conclusion, and clarifies the efficacy of the graduate tracking survey for the university personnel training quality. Meanwhile, it puts forward rational suggestions towards the working mechanism of the tracking survey in the hope of improving the graduate employment quality in a comprehensive way.
