摘要
微波对于化学反应有着热效应和一些特殊的效应影响,但在微波是否存在非热效应上,目前仍未有决定性的实验论证。在目前的一些试图验证微波非热效应的典型实验中,普遍存在着为了维持温度不变而改变微波功率,无法确保局部温度和整体温度的一致性等问题。为了解决当前此类实验中存在的这些问题,本文提出了一种依靠内部搅拌装置确保温度一致性,通过外部冷却液进行换热确保恒定功率的微波作用下的温度稳定的微波加热反应装置,通过复杂的多物理场计算,确认了设计的模型可以通过对搅拌速度的调节使其COV≤0.1,通过对冷却液的选择、初始温度的设定和流速的调节,实现不同微波功率下达到不同的稳定温度。
Microwave has a thermal effect and some special effects on chemical reaction,but there is no conclusive experimental demonstration on whether there is a non-thermal effect of microwave.Some recent typical experiment,trying to verify the exist of microwave non-thermal effect,generally has problems such as the changing microwave to keep the temperature constant,the indeterminacy of the consistency of local temperature and whole temperature.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a microwave heating device which rely on internal mixing plant to ensure temperature uniformity,heat transfer by the external coolant to ensure the temperature stability under continuous constant power of microwave.Through the complex multi-physics coupling calculation,it is confirmed that the designed model can get a COV≤0.1 through the stirring speed adjustment,achieve the different stable temperature under different microwave power through the selection of cooling fluid,setting of its initial temperature and the adjustment of the flow velocity.This paper is of great significance for the experimental verification of microwave non-thermal effect.
