摘要
混合类型生产车间具有加工部件多,生产流程复杂的特点,在生产过程中往往容易出现瓶颈的问题。论文提出一种根据生产工序对加工机床的独立需求情况来确定生产加工过程的瓶颈机床,设计出针对动态瓶颈进行生产流程优化的启发式算法。最后,通过简单的生产流程用例计算得到了关键性能参数,验证所提出的启发式算法对于缩短最大生产时间以及优化生产流程具有一定的有效性和优化效果。
The hybrid production workshop has the characteristics of more processing parts and complex production processes,which can be easily appears bottleneck in the production process. This paper puts forward a theory of according to the independent demand of the production process to the machine tools to determine the bottleneck machine of the manufacturing process and designs the Heuristic algorithm of production process optimization for dynamic bottleneck. Finally,according to a simple case of production process to compute the key performance parameters,the proposed heuristic algorithm has some validity and optimization to shorten the maximum production time and optimize the production process,which is proved.
