低压降辅助燃烧室振动原因分析及对策

摘要 惠州石化有限公司4.8Mt/a催化裂化(Ⅱ)装置首次烘衬里过程中,低压降辅助燃烧室出现了燃烧器调风外筒断裂和燃烧器周围衬里脱落的问题。结合第三方权威机构的鉴定结果和低压降辅助燃烧室的特有结构,对低压降辅助燃烧室出现问题进行分析。从升级设备材质以及降低一、二次风分配挡板的前后压差以减缓节流作用并消除振动两方面提出了改进措施。 During the first lining drying process of 4.8 Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking(Ⅱ)unit of Huizhou Petrochemical Company Limited,there occurred the problems of low pressure drop(LP)auxiliary combustor.The problems were that air regulating outer cylinder of burner was broken and lining around burner front end was damaged.According to the identification results from the third party testing organizations as well as the special structure of LP auxiliary combustor,the cause was analyzed.Two aspects of improvement measures were taken.The first point was to upgrade the material of the equipment.The second point was to reduce differential pressure of air regulating damper,slow down the throttle and eliminate the vibration.
