摘要
介绍了陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司延安石油化工厂聚丙烯装置聚丙烯粉料洗涤塔运行过程中出现的液位异常情况、系统排水故障、检修情况及采取的处理措施,分析了液位测量机构的结构、工艺应用条件,指出浮筒液位计不适合应用在含粉料的液位调控场合。制定了液位计改造方案,通过对比工作原理讨论了改用双法兰差压液位计的合理性及改造后液位计的使用效果和经济性。
The abnormal liquid level phenomenon,system water drainage failure of propylene powder washing tower of Yan＇an Petrochemical Works of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum（Group）Co.Ltd.as well as checks and measures for them are introduced.The structure and process application conditions of the liquid level inspection device are analysized,and the float gauge is deemed unappropriated for liquid containing of solid powder.A modification solution of replacing the float gauge with a double flange differential pressure gauge are proposed and its rationality are discussed based on a working principle comparison.The application effect and economic performance after the modification are supplied.
