国产300 MW火电机组高压加热器给水温升偏低问题分析及改造

摘要 结合某电厂300 MW机组6台高压加热器给水温度低于设计值的异常情况,分析认为分水隔板冲刷、隔板垫片损坏导致的水侧短路是给水温升偏低的主要原因,提出优化分水隔板材质、结构和法兰结构等高压加热器水室分水隔板的改造措施,通过运行情况说明改造效果。 According to the abnormal phenomenons of temperature-rise decreasing of six high pressure heaters of 300 MW turbine in some power plant,this paper proves that the prime reason is short-circuit of water side of high pressure heater through analysis,proposes methods by optimizing the materials and structures of chamber clapboard and manhole flange of high pressure heater,illustrates the effect of revamp by running conditions.
