摘要
以杜儿坪煤矿72909工作面为研究对象,主要对大直径钻机参数、抽采钻孔施工工艺、抽采管路及敷设进行了分析,进一步对大直径钻孔替代联络巷埋管在经济上、时间上、安全上展开比较。经过现场试验可知,在少掘进一条高位瓦斯抽放巷的前提下,瓦斯治理效果良好,为同类型矿井的瓦斯治理提供了经验。
Taking the 72909 working face of Du'erping coal mine as the research object, this paper mainly analyzes the parameters of the large diameter drilling rig, the construction technology of the extraction drilling hole, the drainage pipeline and the laying. Furthermore, the economy and time of replacing the connection tunnel with large diameter boreholes are compared. The field test shows that under the premise of less driving a high level gas drainage roadway,the effect of gas treatment is good, which provides experience for the gas treatment of the same type of mine.
