摘要
为了解决余吾煤业复杂高应力环境下松软煤层S2107工作面胶带巷新掘段的有效支护问题,依据工作面地质条件,提出了三种支护技术方案,采用FLAC数值计算的方法对三种支护方案进行了数值分析。结果表明:方案Ⅲ各方面均相对较优,并进行了现场试验,现场试验结果表明优选出的方案Ⅲ达到了良好的支护效果,能够满足回采巷道支护的要求和安全生产的需要。
In order to solve effective supporting for mining gateway in soft coal seam S2107 working face under complicated stress environment based on geological conditions,three supporting schemes were put forward. Three supporting schemes were analyzed by numerical analysis. By analyzing specification of plastic zone and displacement field of surrounding rock by numerical analysis,the results showed that the No. 3 scheme was relative better,then industrial test was implement. By field test,the results showed that better supporting effects were obtained by using No. 3 supporting scheme,and No. 3 supporting scheme can meet requirement for mining gateway supporting and safety production.
