摘要
为了使产品配置结果更符合客户需求,采用QFD和云模型将客户需求转化为产品质量特性,指导产品配置设计。考虑个性化需求等约束,构建以性能、成本和交货期为目标的产品配置模型,采用改进的NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解配置模型,并根据客户偏好推荐配置方案。该算法采用动态罚函数处理约束问题,采用自适应交叉、变异概率和算术交叉算子对NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行改进。通过算法验证与实例应用,证明本模型有效可行,改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法在配置问题求解上优于NSGA-Ⅱ算法。
Aiming to make product configuration results become more consistent with customers' needs,QFD and cloud model were used to transform customers' requirements into product quality characteristics,guiding product configuration design. The product configuration model which aimed at performance,cost and delivery time was constructed by adopting the constraints of personalized requirements. The improved NSGA-II algorithm was used to solve the configuration model,and the configuration scheme was recommended according to the customer preference. The algorithm used the dynamic penalty function to deal with the constraint problem,and the adaptive crossover,mutation probability and arithmetic crossover operator were used to improve the NSGA-II algorithm. Through algorithm validation and case application,it is proved that this model is effective and feasible. The improved NSGA-II algorithm is superior to NSGA-II algorithm in solving configuration problems.
