摘要
目的探讨我院住院患者人血白蛋白(HSA)临床应用情况,为促进药物合理应用提供依据。方法对我院2017年1月—12月应用HSA的住院患者进行回顾性分析,建立HSA合理用药评估指标及干预措施,分析我院HSA的临床应用情况。结果我院临床应用HSA共653例,共使用19 060 g,其中HSA使用量最多的3个科室分别是综合重症监护病房、消化外科和胸外科,用药量较大的3类疾病为肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病和肝胆疾病。HSA用药适应证为低蛋白血症所占比例最大,为84.84%;个人用药量以10~20 g居多;用药前血清白蛋白浓度以20~25 g/L居多,占48.09%。结论我院HSA临床应用管理欠规范,医师对HSA用药适应证认识不够全面,针对这一现状采取强有力的干预措施,以提高HSA的合理应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application of human serum albumin （HSA）in patients who were treated in our hospital, and to provide the basis for promoting rational drug use. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data on application of HAS in patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017, to establish the evaluation index and intervention measures for rational use of HSA, thereby improving the clinical application of HSA in our hospital. Results A total of 653 patients were treated with HSA in our hospital, with a total dose of 19060g. The three departments with maximum use of HSA were GICU, Department of Digestive Surgery and Department of Thoracic Surgery. Three diseases requiring large doses of HSA included cancer, respiratory diseases and hepatobiliary diseases. In terms of indications, HSA was mainly used for hypoalbuminemia,accounting for 84.84%. On dosage distribution, personal dose was 10-20g predominantly. Before treatment, the serum albumin concentration mainly ranged from 20 to 25 g/L, accounting for 48.09%. Conclusion The clinical application of HSA in our hospital is not standardized, and clinicians are not fully aware of indications of HSA in clinical practice. In order to improve the rational application of HSA medication, effective interventions should be taken.
