摘要
婴幼儿托育服务是我国当前重要而迫切发展的民生与民心工程。婴幼儿托育师资的发展,关系到"幼有所育"和"工作——家庭"平衡的实现。但目前我国婴幼儿托育师资发展在政策法规、标准规范、服务供给上,仍无法满足社会托育需求、缓解家庭养育压力。且由于托育师资这一角色具有特殊性,应确立统一的托育师资职业名称——"托育指导师"。并从职业发展定位、发展目标和发展途径上,提出"托育指导师"的职业发展规划,以期完善我国婴幼儿托育服务队伍建设。
Infant care service is an important and urgent project of people's livelihood and popular support inChina. The development of infant care teachers is related to how to keep the balance between"child-rearing"and"work-family". However, at present, the development of infant care teachers in our country is still not enough tomeet the demand of social care and cannot relieve the pressure of families in terms of the present development ofpolicies and regulations, standards and norms and service supply. Because of the nurturance teachers' particularroles, we should establish a professional name for them——child-care instructors. From the perspective of devel-opment of career orientation, career goal and career approach, this paper puts forward the career development planfor these nursing educators in order to perfect the construction of infant care service team in China.
