摘要
为保障姑山铁矿主井井筒安全快速掘进,对含水风化基岩段进行了地面预注浆,注浆起止深度34~210m。注浆钻孔为全直孔,注浆材料主要为黏土水泥浆。注浆后,经压水试验,预计井筒注浆段剩余涌水量为3.3m^3/h,注浆堵水率约为97.75%。井筒实际掘进时,井筒涌水量为0.50m^3/h,注浆堵水效果良好。该井筒预注浆工程的成功实施,对预注浆工艺在我国东南部金属矿山的推广应用具有重要意义。
In order to ensure a safety and rapid excavation of a mine main shaft in Gushan Iron Mine,a pre grouting at the mine shaft surface was conducted in a water bearing and weathered base rock section.The grouting depth was from 34 m to 210 m.The grouting holes were full vertical holes and the grouting material was the clay and cement grout mainly.After the grouting conducted,the pressure water test showed that the estimated residual water inflow in the grouting section of the mine shaft was 3.3 m^3 /h and the water sealing rate of the grouting was about 97.75%.During the actual exaction of the mine shaft,the water inflow of the mine shaft was 0.50 m^3/h and the water sealing effect of the grouting was excellent.The successful implement of the pre grouting project for the mine shaft would have the important significances of the pre grouting technique promoted and application to the metal mines in the Southeast part of China.
