摘要
在不同的电流密度下,采用硫酸体系的三价铬镀液,通过喷射电沉积法制备了纯C(rIII)镀层。温度为25℃,p H值为1.5。研究了电流密度对C(rIII)镀层的影响。结果表明,当电流密度为50 A/dm^2时,C(rIII)镀层硬度为731 HV,摩擦因数为0.14,磨痕宽度为0.55 mm。热处理温度为500℃以上时,镀层硬度急剧下降。低于500℃,镀层硬度呈现缓慢下滑的态势。此外,在C(rIII)镀层的表面上发现微裂纹。
In this experiment,pure Cr(III)coatings are prepared directly from trivalent chromium sulfate electrolyte by jet electrodeposition under different current density to seek the optimal parameters.The bath temperature is determined to be25℃,and p H is determined to be 1.5.The results show that deposited Cr(III)coatings exhibit nano-crystalline structure,high hardness,excellent adhesion and wear resistance.Micro-cracks are found on the surface of the Cr(III)coatings.Besides,the density of micro-cracks also depends on current density.When the current density is 50the hardness of the coating is 731 HV,the coefficient of friction is 0.14,and the wear scar width is 0.55 mm.When the heat treatment temperature is above 500℃,the hardness of the coating decreases sharply.Before that,it shows a slow downward trend.
