摘要
知识共享是一种使知识价值最大化的途径,最终能为处于知识经济大潮下的现代企业提高企业核心能力。若能够通过分享机制,将企业内部员工所拥有的知识、经验与其他员工进行分享,便有利于提升企业的核心价值。通过对虚拟社区知识共享要素的研究提出完善企业员工培训的建议,试图提出对企业培训虚拟社区的构想和完善。从利他主义、信任关系、个人结果预期等虚拟社区知识共享要素对于社区成员知识分享意愿的影响,提出相应的企业内部虚拟社区培训模块功能修改。基于企业组织文化、部门绩效、团队规范等因素,企业或者员工在虚拟社区中,通过知识共享的学习与交流,解决问题,完善工作,实现知识创新,优化对企业内员工的培训模式。
Knowledge sharing is a way to maximize the value of knowledge and ultimately improve the core competence of modern enterprises under the tide of knowledge economy. If employees could share the knowledge and experience owned through sharing mechanisms, it will be beneficial to enhance the company’s core values. Through the study of the knowledge sharing elements of the virtual community, which improve the training of virtual communities in enterprises. From the effects of altruism, trust relationships, personal outcomes and other factors of knowledge sharing in virtual communities on the willingness of community members to share knowledge, the corresponding function of the internal virtual community training module was proposed. Based on organizational culture, departmental performance, team specification, companies or employees in the virtual community learn and communicate factors, which could through knowledge sharing to solve problems, improve work, realize knowledge innovation, and optimize the training mode for employees in the company.
