摘要
大倾角工作面支架易发生滑动与咬架等现象,影响了工作面的正常生产以及工人安全。采用UDEC数值模拟分析方法,研究了大倾角工作基本顶"砌体梁"结构的稳定性,模拟分析了大倾角工作面支架与围岩的关系。研究得出:为了确保大采高液压支架工作稳定性,必须使液压支架接顶,而且降架幅度不能太大,工作面采高不能起伏过大等。该研究可为大倾角工作面支架设计提供理论依据。
It was easy to slide and bite the support in high inclined working face, which affected the normal production of the working face and the safety of workers. Using UDEC numerical simulation method, the stability of masonry beam structure with high dip angle working top was studied, and the relationship between support and surrounding rock in high dip angle working face was simulated and analyzed. It was concluded that in order to ensure the working stability of the hydraulic support with large mining height, and it was necessary to connect the hydraulic support with the roof, and the landing range should not be too large, and the working face height should not undulate too nmeh. This study can provide a theoretical basis for the design of large inclined face support.
