摘要 探讨了超声波辅助酶解法提取冬枣叶总黄酮,研究提取温度、提取时间、纤维束酶用量、料液比、超声功率对总黄酮提取率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上进行了正交实验,优化了提取工艺,得到最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度为60℃,纤维素酶用量为3 mg/g,提取时间为2 h,超声功率为350 W,料液比为1∶50(g/mL);同时确定了各影响因素对黄酮提取率的显著性影响顺序为:纤维素酶用量>提取温度>超声功率>提取时间。在最佳提取工艺条件下,冬枣叶中的总黄酮的提取率为4.62%。 In this paper,enzymolysis assisted by ultrasonic method was used to extract flavonoids from leaves of 'Dongzao' jujube.The effects of the extraction parameters on the yield of flavonoids from leaves of 'Dongzao' jujube were studied,such as extraction temperature,extraction time,the dosage of cellulase,solid-liquid ratio and ultrasonic power. The process parameters were optimized by orthogonal tests based on single factor tests. The results showed that the optimal process parameters were extraction temperature 60 ℃,extraction time 2. 0 h,the dosage of cellulase 3 mg/g,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 50( g/m L),ultrasonic power 350 W. And the order of the extraction parameters that affect the yield of flavonoids was as follows: the dosage of cellulose〉 extraction temperature 〉ultrasonic power 〉extraction time. The yield of total flavonoids reached 4. 62% under the optimal process parameters,which provided a new method for the use of leaves of 'Dongzao' jujube.
