摘要
采用有限元分析法,结合钻井船钻井作业要求,综合考虑工艺和环境载荷的影响,对某3 000m深水钻井船钻台结构进行分析。结合各典型作业工况下结构的应力和变形分布特点,研究该类结构的设计方法及关键点。依据相关规范深入探讨其边界条件的选取和船体运动引起的钻台惯性载荷及风载荷的计算方法,确保在满足相关系统正常功能的同时,保证钻台结构在不利海况下的安全性。
The structure of a 3 000 mdeepwater drilling rig is analyzed by the finite element analysis method,considering the drilling operation requirements of drilling ship and the influence of the process and environmental load.Combined with the characteristics of stress and deformation distribution under typical working conditions,the design method and key points of the structure are studied.Based on the relevant specifications,the selection of boundary conditions and the calculation method of inertial load and wind load caused by ship motion are discussed in depth.The normal functions of the relevant systems are ensured while the safety of the drilling rig structure in unfavorable marine conditions is ensured.
