摘要
通过利用Ansys Workbench软件对秸秆还田刀片进行静力学分析以及结构优化分析,选择L型的切碎刀片,通过建模,分析不同弯角、不同刀片厚度以及不同刃口厚度对秸秆切碎刀具工作时造成的影响,用SolidWorks建立三维模型图,再利用Ansys workbench对L型秸秆切碎刀进行静力学分析和优化,确定最优的参数数据对现存的L型秸秆切碎刀进行优化设计.
This graduation project is the optimization analysis of straw cutting knife design. Straw return to the field of mechanized appliances, the status of straw is very important, and the field design is the key place is the design of straw cut ring blade, field efficiency and quality depends on the geometric parameters of the blade and it shape features. In this paper, the force of the I. type blade is studied based on the Ansys Workbench of the I. type straw returning blade, and the blade is analyzed statistically and the structure is optimized. The main process of the design are: choose a chopped blade, we chose the L-type chopper, and then use SolidWorks to draw three dimensional map, followed by ANSYS workbench for static analysis and optimization.
