摘要
为了解新疆北疆地区奶牛乳房炎源金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性,以有效选择抗生素进行临床治疗提供参考,采集北疆地区患乳房炎牛乳50批次,从中分离出金黄色葡萄球菌15株,并采用纸片扩散法对8大类29种兽药(内酰胺类8种、大环内酯类3种、喹诺酮类4种、四环素类2种、胺类2种、氨基糖苷类7种、林可酰胺类2种、氯霉素类1种)进行药敏试验。结果表明:分离菌株对青霉素G、苯唑西林、乙酰螺旋霉素、甲氧苄啶、磺胺异噁唑、林可霉素和克林霉素等7种药物的耐药率超过50%,其中青霉素G的耐药率达100%;对氧氟沙星的敏感率达100%,对庆大霉素和环丙沙星的敏感率均为93%;15株分离菌均多重耐药,最少耐5种药,最多耐17种药。
15 Staphylococcus aureus strains were isolated from 50 milk samples infected with mastitis and the drug sensitive test of 29 veterinary drugs (eight Lactams drugs, three Macrolides drugs, four Quinolones drugs, two Tetracycline drugs, two Amine drugs, seven Aminoglycosides drugs, two Lincosamides drugs and one Chloramphenicol drug) is conducted to discuss the drug resistance of S. aureus isolated from milk samples infected with mastitis in Northern Xinjiang and provide a reference for effectively selecting antibiotics in clinic treatment. Result: The drug resistance of 15 S. aureus strains to Penicillin G, Oxacillin, Acetylspiramycin, Trimethoprim, Pancid, Lincomycin and Clindamycin is over 50o/oo. The drug resistance of 15 S. aureus strains to Penicillin G is 100%. The antibiotic sensitive rate of 15 S. aureus strains to Ofloxacin, Gentamicin and Ciprofloxacin is 100%, 93%, and 93% respectively. 15 Staphylococcus aureus strains all are of multiple drug resistance with 5 drugs at least and 17 drugs at most.
